鹽 適量 | Salt to taste |

生粉 適量 | Cornstarch to taste |
紹興酒 少許 | Shaoxing wine some |
薑 2片 | Ginger 2 slices |
生粉水 適量 | Cornstarch water some |

蠔油 少許 | Oyster sauce some |

製法
1.田雞腿除去小腿骨。
