1.田雞腿除去小腿骨。

2.以鹽、雞粉及生粉醃5分鐘。

3.杭椒洗淨,瀝乾。

6.鑊內燒熱油,田雞腿炒至金黃,取起。

8.加入紹興酒、雞湯及調味料。

9.放入田雞,煮3分鐘。
