在國外租個房子不簡單，英文會話有夠難！
大家應該都有這個經驗：
讀了很多英文，但是真得要用的時候卻發現不知道怎麼講。
那是因為台灣人缺乏英語環境，鮮少有機會練習口說會話，
因此才書到用時方恨少！

room 雅房 （廁所與他人共用，有室友或樓友）
apartment / flat 一般公寓 （美式說法 / 英式說法）
condo 有管理員的公寓、大樓公寓
house 有草坪和後院的獨棟房子

我在XXX租屋網 / 告示板上看到你正在出租房間 / 房子，想詢問一些資訊。
Is the apartment still available? Do you have any vacancies?
那個公寓還能租嗎？你有任何空房出租嗎？
